Pierre Noire St-Saphorin Chaudet 2023

ARIETY Chasselas TERROIR The terroir of Saint-Saphorin is characterized by soils from Moraines of the Rhône glacier. Our vines grow on deep, light and very calcareous soil. VINIFICATION The production of our Pierre Noire follows traditional vinification, carrying out its two vinifications in stainless steel vats. It then clarifies and refines with the winter cold for bottling in spring. TASTING Brilliant color, fine and floral nose, light carbonic bringing freshness for a subtly saline final touch, characteristic of the Saint-Saphorin terroir.
