Ruinart Rosé Magnum *

The result of a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, mostly classified as Premiers Crus, with 25 to 30% reserve wines from the two years preceding the base. 45% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. 55% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de laMarne, of which 18 to 19% is vinified in red. Vinification: - Manual harvesting - Alcoholic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks - Malolactic fermentation - Dosage : 8 g/l The color is a delicate pomegranate pink, with very light orange reflections. The eervescence is lively and light, revealing a persistent cordon. On the nose, intense intense aromas of exotic fruits (pomegranate, lychee and guava) blossom alongside sweet floral essences (rose) and notes of freshly picked red fruits (cherry, strawberry, raspberry). (cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry). These aromas enhance the subtle spice notes present in this wine (tonka bean and nutmeg). In mouth, the attack is frank and full, rocked by a soft eervescence. The balance combines roundness and nice freshness. An elegant and invigorating touch of peppermint and pink grapefruit complete this impertinent palette of aromas.
