Vinification: Grapes harvested and selected by hand. Foot trampled with beginning of fermentation in granite tanks. Fermentation at controlled temperature, partly in French oak barrels. Aging 18 months in new and used French oak barrels.

Tone: Clean and intense red color. Nose: Very elegant and fruity aroma with notes of red fruits. Palate: Freshness and sweetness. Good proportion with very fine tannins. Long finish.
