This Grappa is made from the particularly aromatic pomace used in the vinification of the famous Amarone. The master distiller takes care to use only healthy raw material, which is the only way to obtain a distillate that meets the highest standards. The aromas, of legendary finesse and purity, are formed both during the distillation process and during the aging process in oak barrels.
